The Secret To My Autopilot Income
I want to share with you what I taught recently.
I was in Atlanta for 5 days to speak at my good friend, Matt Bacak's seminar.

Something about Matt – I didn't know him as well as today until I've spent 5 days with him and overnight at his mansion. Many people claimed to be internet marketing gurus and tell the world how rich they are. The different from them and Matt is this- Matt does make millions from the internet and living it. I mean, he got his own private plane and a hangar and I've visited his 6,000-feet (or bigger) office. With his riches, many might think he's arrogant but it's actually the other way round- he's a humble dude. Also, Matt definitely knows how to take care of his buddies.
(I might be able to record a video interviewing him to get some awesome content how he make so much money and pick on his brain. No promise, but I'll do my best.)
Other than having lots of fun meeting with the attendees, my current subscribers and sightseeing Atlanta, it's great to catch up with Armand Morin again. He's fun, very successful online (8-figure sales a year) and smart. I mean, I know HE IS smart but didn't know he is THAT SMART. Know what I mean? (smile)
At the seminar, my presentation is called, "The Secret To My Autopilot Income". As how the title sounded, it means exactly what it is- making passive income by using automation.
First of all, you have to realize that marketing online has changed because of three main reasons – the web 2.0 effect, consumer behavior and finally, more competition in the market. So now you have to take these three considerations when starting or growing an internet business.
The key thing about being on top of your game is to make sure that you have a solid business model before anything else. And the business models that will interest me are those that can be automated.
That is why I've setup a site like www.successandlife.com because I can automate the main 2 components of making sure that this business will be profitable. They are content and traffic. If both of these can be automated, then I can be 'out' of the business and continue to collect the income each month.
Let's look closer...
There are a few ways how I've automated the content. The one I like is to outsource it completely. SuccessAndLife.com is a self help site. There are already thousands of useful content written or created by other experts which I can 'copy and paste'. Basically, I don’t need to create my own anymore. The only thing that I don't like about this method is the manual work involved but this is cleverly overcome by creating a content management system.
Unlike most of the websites you've seen, successandlife.com is manage by a one-access control panel. As a matter of fact, this is a Niche 2.0 Site.
So if this is a normal type of site, your outsource workers will need to 'copy and paste' the content on their computer and upload it to your hosting. Big problem. Never allow others that you don't know to access your hosting because they can mess up your entire site or hijack it.
Even if your site is web-based control, it can still be a problem because your outsource worker will access EVERYTHING on your site - your Adsense id, affiliate links, banner ads, content, etc.
But with a Niche 2.0 Site, I can create a personal limited access account for the outsource worker. Basically, he'll be able to login with HIS OWN username/password and that login will only limit him to put up new content (articles, videos, etc). He cannot access other part of the website or even edit the previous content published. This way, I don't have to worry about getting my site messed up or hijacked. On top of that, I’ll be able to monitor his work since I know he is solely responsible for his own tasks.
Then I'll hire other outsource workers to manage other features or portions of the website systematically.
My only work is to review their work. And I don't even need to do that regularly because it’s a mechanical job. Copy and paste. How hard can that get.
Just go to www.successandlife.com and you'll see its being updated daily, automatically.
Next is the traffic and this is the easy one. The site has been structured and designed to be 100% search engine friendly. I'm getting free traffic everyday from hundreds of highly targeted keywords like self help articles, self help forum, self help video, quotes for success, anthony robbins video, personal improvement, self improvement article, creating wealth, good communications tips and so on.
The thing about search engine is this - most think that you'll need to be a SEO expert or something to achieve this. Although there are a lot of 'tricks' to get higher rank in google.com, but the main key point is relevancy. And of course, your site got to be a real site like successandlife.com and natural.
The final one is generating autopilot income - after automating the content and traffic source. With the so-called recession right now, what will be the best product to sell? I've shared this idea in my previous post that you can read by clicking here. The answer is - Advertisement.
And that's where the autopilot income comes in. Get paid not by selling a product but collecting ads fee. Yeah, you can make money by selling affiliate programs but you'll also taking the risk of not making money at all. But selling ads is different- you get paid no matter the advertiser is selling their products or not.
But still, that's not good enough...
The Golden Goose And Golden Egg Story
Imagine this - you now have the 'golden goose' to lay the 'golden eggs'. Those golden eggs are your income.
Is the 'golden goose' more valuable or the 'golden eggs'? Of course is that fat goose and you can sell it to make much more money than the measly eggs! And you don’t have to worry about running out of the golden goose because it's unlimited. Once you have the right system, you can always set up a new one and go through the same process of automating it.
In the seminar, I've allowed the participants to order my Niche Marketing 2.0 ™ Clone System so that they have the same system I'm using to do this - the same software and steps to create autopilot income.
I'm going to extend it to you; even though you're not an attendee of Matt Bacak's close door seminar (the seminar is only open to his existing customers).
And there is a lot of manual work at my end to setup the system for you so I'm going to take only 7 new clients. Click the link below only if you’re interested to be in my new business model circle:
Give me the Niche Marketing 2.0 ™ Clone System Now
Also, we'll extend the same bonus offered - lifetime Niche 2.0 Site Solution Software technical support and update and lifetime Niche 2.0 training update.
Take care.

cool tool you have developed Chan. but can't afford it :( http://tarunpatel.net/blog/
Your Link is not working Patrick
Your seminar presentation was a commercial for your latest product?
With all due respect, I'd be pissed off if I paid to attend a seminar and got "sold to."
That would be like paying to see a concert, and having the musician spend 45 minutes telling me all about his new CD and why I should buy it.
Your theory is spot-on, but then coupling it with "and here's my product" is too pitchy for me.
Sorry.
Thanks for the advice, though.
may i know how much money you had already earned from your successandlife.com?

Wordpress is also capable to do this right? Isn't it? With wordpress you can give access to contributor, author, editor etc.
Hi All,
Thanks for so many questions and opinions. Kindly find the repiles below:

- When building an authority site, you'll probably just need one to be successful with. :-) Once this is automated and you're generating income, then only you'll want to consider another one so that you can remain focused.
Do refer Q4 at http://www.nichemarketing2.com/special.html, to which I've covered this answer.

- I know I've attended great speakers 1 or 2-hour talk like Mark Victor Hansen, T Harv Eker, etc. At the end of their presentations, they'll give the opportunity to buy their product and I'm glad they do because they're adding more value into my life. I know for sure that it's impossible for them to teach everything in such a short period of time. For instance, I've attended Jay Abraham's speech about marketing and he offers his marketing courses to be purchased after the presentation for those who wants to continue further relationship with him.
Also, the presentation is 100% solid content and you may ask any of Matt's customers who attended. :-)

- that's a good question. The site itself does not really make money as per say because I'm using it to build my list and promoted my own self help products. For instance, it's used to get more users to my forum and build a list of authors. These are all worth money but it's not tangible in short term.

- I'm not sure about that but I'm sure you can do a check to research on that or ask around.
Thanks guys!

In "Anonymous"'s comment, he or she mentioned about Patric's presentation was a commercial for his latest product.
I just wanted to voice out something after I read this comment.
But before that, allow me to make thing clear first.
Firstly, I am not an internet marketing guru or someone who already make living with IM.
Secondly, I am not Patric's affiliate. I am not promoting any of his products now. I am not getting paid when you read this. I not even buy his product yet. (I did interested especially for this Niche 2.0 but I really can't afford this 1000 bucks now because I am a student who is still taking allowance from my parent.)
Thirdly, I don't know Patric personally BUT I subscribed to his list for quite a long time.
I just wanted to do a honest review about Patric.
He does provide quality and solid content. He really DOES. And most of the time, he does it for free.
If somebody wants to say whatever he did was just meant to lead his audience or subscribers to his products. Who doesn't?
I mean this is one of the common marketing strategies that people use to sell or upsell their products. They are marketers and their job is to sell and sell more. And at least Patric is a guy that provides quality content and he doesn't force you to buy his product.
You have to learn something beyond what you have been taught.
For eg, I don't really read every post in Patric's blog but I study his blog as a whole.
From his blog content alone, you are able to find solid techniques that you can personally apply into your life. But I learn beyond that. I learned the way he speaks to his audience, how he attracts more subscribers, how he encourages more comments. I like his creativity in his marketing. He is not doing his business in the usual way and I like it. I learn it for FREE. Hehe.
My honest opinion, if you think you have attended some seminars which only mean to sell you something, do not feel upset or angry because it doesn't help. You can ask for refund but at least now you know THIS IS A WAY that people did, and still doing to deliver their product. You may get nothing from the seminar but you learned something that not be taught in the seminar, right?
To me, the seminar itself is worth to pay but because of my "learn beyond that" attitude. I will learn how the speaker speaks, how he does his pre-launch, post-launch and how he cross promote his products etc. There is always so much to learn!
Thanks if you read until here and I would like to apologize for some grammar mistakes if there is since English is not my first language. :)
