There's a well-known marketing term,
described by the acronym pf AIDA.

A: Attention

I: Interest

D: Desire

A: Action

First, you capture your prospect's
attention.

This is done with your headline.

Put it this way-- if your ad fails to
capture your prospect's attention, it
fails EVERYTHING.

They won't read your salesletter or
notice your offer if they never 'passed'
the headline.

Then you want to build a strong interest
in your prospect. You want them to keep
reading, because if he reads, they just
might buy the stuff you're selling.

Hey Patric,
You are always refreshing to read! I am a "newbie" to the internet business world and find so many of the self proclaimed "gurus" to be tired, boring and 'unreal'. I figure they are really in a dark room somewhere 'hoping' they could live in the big mansion they picture on their site. If only they can convince me to give them some of my hard earned cash!
